Hong S. I first met DJ on a plane from Burbank to Seattle as he was returning from a investor presentation in LA and my family and I was returning from a trip to San Diego. My job involves a lot of traveling around the world and I meet a lot of interesting people during the trip but it was a really big surprise to meet DJ who was helping people invest in properties that others would not imagine it would work. We live in Korea and we have almost the same type of real estate investment of multiple homes so I understood what DJ was explaining about what his company was doing for small investors.
This was exactly what I’m doing as investment in Korea where I live and I was more than happy to have such investment in the US where the real estate price is all time low. In the first steps that I made I was asking tons of questions but DJ and the team were very kind and understanding as they gave all the answers almost immediately despite of the time difference that I have with DJ. So I’ve acquired two really nice properties in PA got it rehab and rented it out in no time and the whole process of buying, rehab and renting out took no more than 2 months and everything was super smooth. All the necessary documentation were done as a turn key service which was extremely convenient for me. Also the management of the properties after purchase was excellent so now I would not worry about a thing.
This March as I was visiting the US, I paid a visit to the properties that I’ve purchased in PA and even met the tenants. The Rehab team had done a wonderful job fixing and the tenants are so happy that they were asking me if I would sell the house to them.
Unlike other companies around these days, DJ and the team at Fortune Foreclosures are the real deal not like others where you need to talk on the machine and get lousy response with days of waiting.
